Today I received the 13 different World War II Silver Nickels in
grade BU-63 I ordered from you less than a week ago. I have never
seen such beautiful silver nickels before. Are you sure you didn't
screw up and send me a bunch of MS 65's or 66's? I just wanted to

I found your site by doing a search on Excite, and was looking for a gift for Father's Day. My Dad loves to collect coins, but won't usually buy them for himself, so I take the opportunity to buy sets for him on all special occasions. In the past, I have placed orders with xxxx Coin, but have found their prices and selection to be lacking. Luckily I ran across your site, so I decided to order a couple of Silver Prestige Proof sets. Since Father's Day was less than a
week away, I called the order in, to see if I could maybe get it by the end of the week (ordered on Tuesday). The person who took my order told me I should have ordered a couple of weeks ago to ensure delivery, but he would walk my order to shipping to try to get it to me quickly.
Well, the sets arrived today (two days later), and I am very impressed with your dedication to customer service. It was foolish of me to wait so late to order something, but your company bailed me out. My sincere thanks to your company, and I will definitely be ordering future coins and supplies from Jake's!

I recently ordered a set of 1924 coins for my grandfather for Christmas. They arrived without any problems in preteen condition! I just wanted to say thank you for making these older sets as finding sets before 1940 is hard to find. Ladies & Gentlemen:

My name is Kristin Scott and before Christmas I placed an order with you
for the 50 State Commemorative Quarter Map shown on your website. Although
you could not confirm delivery, you asked for a daytime telephone number so you
could contact me if the product became available. Fortunately for me, it did!
and you called to ask if I was still interested in receiving the maps. I
completed the order over the phone and received the maps in what I considered to
be record time with it being the holiday rush.

I just wanted to let you know how much my kids have enjoyed the maps. The
Massachusetts Quarter came out only a few weeks ago (we are in Arkansas)
and it was very exciting at my house to break out the maps and place the
quarter in its rightful spot.

I'm writing to let you know how much I appreciate your extra effort to
call, etc. and do your best to fill my order before Christmas. The maps
are a hit and I have told a number of people where I found them since they
haven't been able to find anything like them locally.
